Today is Tuesday, May 1, 2012.
Hello. Ah, the start of a new month. How refreshing. I spent the entirety of my day at work continuing my beloved research on the concepts of proton decay. I’ll have you know, the research is going swimmingly. At home, I spent the remainder of my afternoon playing with my H-0 train set. With my pocket watch in my, well, pocket, I looked like a train conductor. Tonight, we had our dinner at The Cheesecake Factory. Nothing out of the ordinary to report. There was a smudge on our table that Penny refused to clean with Windex. It bothered me. I proceeded in grabbing the Windex myself, spraying it down, and wiping it with a napkin while shouting “EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE!”. It was a hoot and a half. Well, that seems to be it from today. I am now simply sitting at my desk playing text adventure games. Tomorrow, I will finally be picking up the new Green Lantern Corps figurine. That is all for now.

Today is Monday, April 30, 2012.
Hello. I started my Monday with a bowl of Strawberry Banana flavored oatmeal. It was satisfying. At work, I made final preparations for my lecture on the concept of topological insulators. To my surprise, only 7 students were in attendance. Well, it was very unfortunate for the 53 students that missed out on my humorous topology puns. To my horror, the lecture took up more time than expected and the cafeteria ran out of fruit bowls. Perhaps if we spent less money on the geology department, we would have a more than sufficient amount of resources for fruit bowls. Enough of that. I spent my remaining afternoon hours at home playing three dimensional chess with Leonard. It has taken him quite some time, but he is finally beginning to learn how to play. Tonight, I have been playing Star Wars: The Old Republic. I have reached level 50 with my Sith Inquisitor. Tomorrow, I will be continuing my research on proton decay. That is all for now.

Today is Sunday, April 29, 2012.
Hello. I spent my morning watching Stargate as I re-laced my walking shoes. We went to the park for the majority of the afternoon. I made sure to arrive before 12:30 so I could purchase an ice cream cone from the ice cream vendor. We did not bring our kites because Howard and Raj did not join us. It is pointless to go one on one, especially against someone as amateur as Leonard. No offense. Once we went back home, I took my second shower of the day. As per the remainder of the day, I have been preparing my lecture on the concept of topological insulators that I will be giving tomorrow at the university. I hope the students are in a good mood for my opening humorous topology puns! Well, I’m going to finish writing these last few notes before turning in. That is all for now.

Today is Saturday, April 28, 2012.
Hello. Good Saturday to you all. You would be pleased to know that I had a generally good day. I woke up at 6:15, as I always do. I poured my myself a bowl of cereal, as I always do. This morning I chose Honey Puffs. I added a quarter cup of 2% milk, as always. Which reminds me, tomorrow I have to go grocery shopping. Then, I sat down on my end of the couch and watched an old re-run of Doctor Who. This is always a wonderful way to start the day. I suggest you do the same. Yes, you. Since I oddly had nothing planned for today, I took the bus to the model train shop. I spent 4 hours perusing through the oh so very familiar isles and reading the newly updated manual for HO railroad systems. If the expression “stepping away from reality” were a valid statement to express one’s actions, then it is what I felt. I did my laundry at 8:15. I have spent these remaining hours of my night re-polishing my various collectible items located on my back desk. Tomorrow, we are going to the park for fresh air. That is all for now.

Today is Friday, April 27, 2012.
Hello. Work felt somewhat tedious today. Yes, I am excited with this new research I have begun on proton decay. It’s simply hard to appreciate what I am doing when I can distinctively hear tedious emo music coming from Raj’s office down the hall. Very repulsive. The only current downside to being in Professor Rothman’s old office. Once at my humble abode, I set up to play The Settlers of Catan on the coffee table. I really don’t know why we call it that, since we never drink coffee on that table nor do I drink coffee at all. When I moved to California, I promised my mother I would not start doing drugs. Making Penny Blossoms was the only exception. Once Howard and Raj came over, we ordered Chinese food and played. Since we also play vintage video games on Friday, we then played an old favorite of mine, Mappy. Tomorrow looks to be tantamount to the previous Saturday. Hopefully, I can figure out something to do throughout the afternoon. Perhaps a nice day at the model train shop would be nice. Once I finish my hot cocoa, I will head off to bed. That is all for now.

Hello followers. Not much happened today. As I have been stating, I have been continuing my research on proton decay. I have scheduled Monday- Friday of next week from 10-12:30 for usage of the mainframe in Buckman 204. I will record all updates of my research on here. Besides my work at the university, I did not participate in any other activities throughout the remainder of the afternoon. Tonight, we had pizza from Giacomo’s for dinner. I ordered my portion with sausages, mushrooms, and light olives. It was delicious. As per the remainder of the evening, I have been, and forgive me for the usage of this term in this context, “slaving” over my stored documents that I once again need to move to a new external hard drive. I’ll have to purchase a new one this Saturday when I go to Best Buy. Before going to bed, I need to re-install the batteries in the smoke detector in the hallway. I’ll need to inform Leonard that he is obligated to, and only permitted in the case of the possibility of accidents, hold my legs steady as I stand on a chair to properly attach the new battery. That is all for now.

Today is Wednesday, April 25, 2012.
Hello. I was filled with disappointment this morning when the cafeteria was not serving the usual Wednesday morning fruit bowls. I was forced to wait until lunch to subdue my hunger. I spent my day starting my research on proton decay. I must say, this field of study is very stimulating. I will continue working on this for the next several weeks. We went to the comic book store today just as the box of new Flash and Green Lantern issues arrived. I will be reading them both tonight before turning in. After purchasing new comic books, we went out to dinner at the Soup Plantation. I had my usual meal; The always delicious, creamy tomato soup. Afterward, we came back to my apartment and played Halo 3. We decided to all play online rather than play against each other. Playing Halo online has a much more competitive aspect as opposed to playing offline. We were, if anything, adaptable and had a great Halo night. Tomorrow, I will continue working on my new thesis. Also, it’s pizza night. That is all for now.

Hello. Today, I decided to start new research. Having crossed my mind many times before, I have been contemplating the action of proton decay. Is the proton a fundamentally stable particle? Or does it have a finite lifetime as predicted by the standard model? What explains the anomalous spin of protons? Oh, this will be great fun. That is what I did at work today. At home, being Tuesday, I live-streamed my weekly podcast, Apartment Talk. This week, I discussed the implications of different sized and patterned rugs. Tonight, we had dinner at The Cheesecake Factory. Besides waiting 13 minutes for Penny to stop conversing and take our orders, it was nice. All I can currently think about is tomorrow. Wednesday. What a remarkable day. A day filled with new comic books, playing Halo, and eating creamy tomato soup from Soup Plantation. Well, I’m done here. That is all for now.

Hello followers. Today, I spent some time revisiting one of my recent papers. I followed up on some new research stemming from my thesis that the Higgs boson is a black hole accelerating backwards through time. I won’t continue on about it because it isn’t going to make any sense to you. At home, I spent the rest of my afternoon playing with my H-O railway train set. I sense that it is beginning to bother Leonard. As I sat there conducting, I would hear him banging his head on his bedroom wall. How odd. At 7:00, I watched Justice League: Doom. If you have not seen it, I highly recommend it. Well, nothing else to report from today. Perhaps tomorrow I will spontaneously think of something new to work on, like the reason why there is far more matter than antimatter in the observable universe. That is all for now.

Today is Sunday, April 22, 2012.
Hello. I spent the majority of my day at my office. Leonard babbled on about it being very typical of me to be working when I should be using my time off work to improve on my social skills (a very rare remark coming from Leonard, who often despises my involvement in social protocols). Apart from working overtime during the week, it is axiomatically atypical of me working on Sunday. I foresee a number of possibilities in which direction my research on Gedankenexperiments will end in, one of which being a dead end. As I have previously done a numerous amount of times, and each time ending in success, I can put this research on hold and return to it in the near future. After all, I have already produced 4 of 5 necessary Gedankenexperiments to illustrate the quantum measurement problem. Patience, my friends, is key. I have been spending the remainder of my evening playing text adventure games on my computer. Well, time for bed. That is all for now.

Today is Saturday, April 21, 2012.
Hello. Instead of waking up at 6:15 as I normally do, I was awakened at 6:00 by obnoxiously loud birds outside of my bedroom window. My ornithophobia has died down but I still am very intimidated by their beaks and claw-like feet. I woke Leonard up so he could “shoo” them away. As I was watching an old episode of Doctor Who this morning with my bowl of Big Bran with a quarter cup of 2% milk, I coordinated a schedule of activities that I would partake in today. At 11:00, Leonard drove me to the model train store. I was browsing for an hour and twenty minutes before deciding to not make any expenditures. I am awaiting the arrival of the new H-O gauge railroading. After purchasing a starter kit last year, I became an official H-O trainiac.

I spent the rest of my afternoon reading old publications in Physics Daily. Soon, my recent paper on dark matter annihilations will inevitably be on page 3 of a forthcoming edition. I did my laundry at 8:15. Fortunately, I have not recently run in to Penny in the laundry room. Perhaps it is because she has been going on numerous shopping sprees recently and has no need to wash her clothes… yet. Tomorrow, I will be going to my office to get a head start on continuing my research on Gedankenexperiments. That is all for now.

Hello. Today, I spent my day at work researching Gedankenexperiments. I feel that I might be getting close to a break through. I’ll continue my research on Monday. I had elbow macaroni with ground beef for lunch. It was a very typical meal of choice at the university. After work, I attended a symposium on molecular positronium. It was nice to get out and partake in a social gathering of the minds. I had a lovely time. Tonight, we ordered Chinese food. I had the Sweet and Sour Tangerine Chicken Stir Fry. It was quite bountiful. Being Friday, we also played a vintage video game. This particular Friday, we chose to play Sonic Adventure 2 on the Sega Dreamcast. Always a delightful game. Tomorrow I have nothing planned. Perhaps I will give the model train store a visit. That is all for now.

Today is Thursday, April 19, 2012.
Hello. Today, I spent a copious amount of time thinking about, well, time. I wise man once said, “The long unmeasured pulse of time moves everything. There is nothing hidden that it cannot bring to light, nothing once known that may not become unknown. Nothing is impossible.” Fascinating. At home, I spent my time vacuuming, dusting, and sterilizing the apartment. It had been 3 days since I had vacuumed and I could feel the dead skin cells piling up. Today was Anything Can Happen Thursday. In an attempt to ruin my day, the guys all voted against me when it was time to decide where to spend our evening. What followed were 3 horrendous hours at a sushi bar downtown. Howard singing on the karaoke machine. Raj drinking Grasshoppers. Leonard and Penny snickering and indulging in secretive amorous activities. Me? I sat there and wept for humanity. I did enjoy the rice. Tomorrow, I will be attending a symposium on molecular positronium. That is all for now.

Today is Wednesday, April 18, 2012.
Hello. I spent my precious time at work today doing absolutely nothing. When I say nothing, I mean nothing. When I say nothing after saying what I mean by saying nothing, I mean playing Star Wars: The Old Republic. The Gedankenexperiments can wait another day, I have a Sith Inquisitor to level up. We went to the comic book store today, as always planned. There hasn’t been any recent releases, so I purchased a few old Wolverine comic books for one dollar each. I also pre-ordered the new Flash figurine. It will look great standing next to my Green Lantern figurine on my bed side table. As opposed to bringing the food back to our apartment, we went in to Soup Plantation. After 15 minutes of deciding where to sit, we were able to enjoy our meal. As always, I had the creamy tomato soup. After dinner, and waiting for Raj to finish his dessert, we went to the apartment and played Halo. Wednesday nights the way they should be. Tomorrow is Anything Can Happen Thursday. I overheard Howard speaking to Leonard about going to a sushi bar with karaoke. I dread the thought of it. That is all for now.

Hello. Today, I spent my time at work continuing my research on Gedankenexperiments. It was a long, tiresome day at the university. To top it all off, they ran out of fruit bowls at the cafeteria during lunch. I am starting to think that the cafeteria workers are against me. Ever since that incident late at night a few years ago, it feels as if they eye me from across the room (if my peripheral vision is not mistaken). It’s a some what uncomfortable feeling. Enough of that jibber jabber. Amy Farrah Fowler came over to my apartment today after work. We played three dimensional chess and discussed various news articles. She then joined us as we dined at the Cheesecake Factory. As always, I had the Barbeque Bacon Cheeseburger with barbeque sauce, bacon, and cheese on the side with a glass of lemonade. Even with a waitress as distracted by social conventions as Penny, I still enjoy our Tuesday dinners. Nothing else to report from today. That is all for now.
