Live Long and Prosper

For regular readers of the New England Journal of High Energy Physics, I need no introduction. If you’re not familiar with that publication, Greetings I am Dr. Sheldon Lee Cooper B.S., M.S., M.A., Ph.D., Sc.D. I am a senior theoretical particle physicist at Caltech focusing on M-Theory or in layman's terms String Theory. I am not one who usually partakes in social networking for I seldom have a desire to do so, but I feel this blog will add great consistency to my Daily Social Interactions. I am fond of comic books, costumes, roleplaying games, video games, customizable card games, action figures, fantasy, and science fiction, specifically Battlestar Galactica, Doctor Who, Stargate, Star Trek, Star Wars, and Firefly, although I strongly dislike Babylon 5 for reasons that need no explanation whatsoever. I will leave my ask box open but does not mean I wish for you to slaughter me with your brainless inquisitions. I will record my D.S.I. at the end of each day via a "Text Post." HTML Hit Counter

Daily Social Interactions: May 29, 2012

Today is Tuesday, May 29, 2012.

Hello followers. Today I arrived at work earlier than usual so I could surely grab a fruit bowl from the cafeteria before they ran out. Not only was I able to snag one, but I was able to snag a second one to store in my mini fridge for lunch. I had a longer day than Leonard at the university, so I took the city bus back to my apartment. Luckily, I keep a spare change of bus pants in my office. I spent 3 hours video chatting with Amy Farrah Fowler discussing recent world news and viral articles. Tonight we had dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. As always, I had the Barbecue Bacon Cheeseburger with barbecue sauce, bacon, and cheese on the side. Back at the apartment, I streamed my live broadcast, “Apartment Talk”. On this episode, I discussed the implications of adding large coffee tables to a sitting area. Nothing else to report of the events from today. I am anticipating my expenditures at the comic book store tomorrow. That is all for now.

What did Batman say to Robin before they got in the Batmobile? Get in the Batmobile, Robin!

Inbound Train

alittlebitwicked asked: Umm, why was the University open on Memorial Day? That's a national holiday, all American Uni's are closed today. This post seems illogical, unless... Did you, perhaps, sneak in? If yes, how did you manage that without getting caught?

I, unlike many of my peers who seem to have no desire to do anything important with their lives, went in to my office to work despite it being a holiday. I have a set of keys for the back door. Perhaps I shouldn’t have said this.

Daily Social Interactions: May 28, 2012

Today is Monday, May 28, 2012.

Hello. I spent most of my day at work mingling with Riemann zeta functions and virtual particles in quantum mechanics. In other news, I went back to the model train shop after work to buy more tracks for my set. I have been thinking about going to a model train show next Monday. At my apartment, I spent my free time reading Physics Daily and playing Red Dead Redemption. Tonight, we had Thai food from Siam Palace for dinner. I had mi crab and chicken satay with extra peanut sauce. Raj has been complaining that he misses Wolowitz. Atleast he has a new friend that not only is forced to keep him company, but also urinates on his sofa. I’m afraid that’s all I feel like telling you about today. Once I finish my glass of warm milk, I will be heading off to bed. That is all for now.

How many Corellians does it take to change a glowpanel? None. If the room is dark, then you can’t see them cheat at Sabacc.

Anonymous asked: I want to make passionate love to you like there's no tomorrow, Dr. Cooper! Any ideas what I should do?

Tomorrow is inevitable, so I’m afraid you can not.
